Helpful but could improve support response
I’ve been using CareerBuilder for about six months now and generally it’s been a solid experience. The job recommendations are pretty relevant, and I like the saved searches feature. However, I ran into a problem when one of my applications vanished from the dashboard and support took almost a week to respond. They eventually fixed it but the delay was frustrating when I was trying to track my apps closely. Still, I think this site has a lot of potential if they speed up customer service.
