Good experience overall but minor issues
I found a babysitter through Care.com for my two kids last month. The interface is easy to use, and I appreciated the background check feature. My sitter was nice and caring, but she was a bit late on her first day, which made me a little nervous. a good platform, but I wish there was more communication from sitters.

Helpful but needs better vetting
Using Care.com has been mostly positive. I got matched with a great tutor for my son, and she has really helped him with his math skills. However, I did have one bad experience with a caregiver who didn't show up after confirming. The support team was helpful in resolving the issue, but it was frustrating at the time.

Happy with My Choice
