Good overall but room to improve

Solid digital bank with minor glitches
I've been using C6 Bank for about six months now, mainly for my daily transactions and bill payments. The virtual card setup was super fast and the cashback on certain purchases definitely helps save a bit. One time I hit a snag with the app crashing during a transfer which was annoying, but customer service was quick to respond and sorted it out in a day. The user interface could be a bit more intuitive but overall it’s convenient and reliable for managing everything digitally.

Good app but transfer delay
App is slick and easy to navigate, love the instant transfers mostly. Only thing is sometimes the incoming transfers from other banks take a bit longer than promised. Still better than my last neobank tho.

Easy setup but slow deposits
Setup was simple and I liked having a virtual debit card immediately. However, initial deposits took a lot longer than I expected to clear into my account. The UI is clean but sometimes freezes when switching between screens, which is annoying.

Good features but app lags
Generally happy with their digital accounts and the no branch approach is great. What bugs me is that the app sometimes freezes or crashes when I try to check my payments history, especially at night. Support told me they are working on updates, so hopefully it gets better soon.
