Good but app glitches sometimes
I like BYDFi’s low trading fees and fast withdrawals, made my staking experience pretty smooth recently. However, their mobile app occasionally freezes when I try to check my open orders, which is frustrating during volatile market swings. Customer support replied quickly but couldn’t fully fix the issue yet. Still, I stick with them because the overall platform works well for my daily trades.

Good overall experience
I've been trading crypto on BYDFi for about 4 months now. The order execution is mostly smooth with minimal slippage. The app rarely crashes which is a relief. The only thing I wish is better analytics tools built into the platform to help with decision making.

Good platform with minor hiccups
Used BYDFi several times over the last two months to trade Bitcoin and Ethereum. The app's interface is pretty user-friendly, which I like. However, I noticed that the spread on some altcoins is a bit higher than I expected, which eats into profits. Also, the staking feature is a nice addition but the APYs could be better. Support answered my questions but it took a few hours for a reply.

Mostly positive with small issues
Trading on BYDFi has been pretty good for me. The interface is intuitive and I found their mobile app stable and convenient. One time, my withdrawal took longer than usual but support explained it was a network congestion issue. So, I’m okay with that. Would appreciate more educational content for beginners though.

Good service, minor delays
BYDFi's platform works well and is easy to use. I've had to wait a bit longer than expected for some withdrawals but support is responsive. Trading fees are competitive which I appreciate.
