I started learning French with Busuu a couple of months ago because I liked their approach to vocabulary and grammar building. The lessons are clear and the speech recognition is quite helpful, but I had an issue with a subscription charge and it took the support team almost a week to respond. The app interface is user friendly, but waiting that long was frustrating. Otherwise, I’d say it’s a solid platform for casual learners.

I like most parts of Busuu, especially the conversation practice with other users. However, sometimes the app crashes when I try to record my voice for exercises, which can be annoying. Still, the overall course content is solid and worth it.
