bunq has a slick app, but sometimes I notice small glitches when switching between sub-accounts or saving presets. Also, fees for some card payments outside Europe could be lower. Still, it’s miles better than my old bank app.

The app works well and I like the instant payment feature, but last week I had a problem verifying my ID and it took support almost 3 days to reply. Some more responsiveness on that end would really help. Otherwise, transactions and account management are smooth as expected.
