Useful with some minor glitches

Buffer is a helpful marketing tool for managing social campaigns. However, the occasional delay in post publishing and some confusing UI elements can be frustrating. Customer support has been responsive, which saves the experience from being worse.

Mostly solid, some quirks

I use Buffer daily to schedule posts for our boutique brand. Love the analytics on engagement but sometimes the interface lags when switching between accounts. The team support was helpful when I had to troubleshoot a sync issue last week.
