I like the platform and fees but when I contacted support about a verification delay, it took a day to get a response. That was frustrating because I wanted to trade quickly. Otherwise, the app is fine and transactions go through without issues.

I started using Buenbit last year and while the trading fees are definitely competitive, I’ve had some hiccups with deposits taking longer than expected. However, their support team is quite responsive once you reach out. I also appreciate the staking feature which adds some extra passive income. Still, I’d like if the app offered better charting tools for technical analysis.

Buenbit has good pricing and a nice range of cryptos but the mobile app crashes sometimes when I switch tabs. It’s annoying but not a dealbreaker for me. Hope they fix these bugs soon because I prefer trading on my phone.

Buenbit’s wallet works most of the time but occasionally my transaction history doesn’t update right away which can be confusing. Also wished the mobile app allowed for easier access to staking stats. Support was friendly but didn’t have a quick fix for these issues. Hopefully next update improves things.

I’ve been using Buenbit for about six months now, and while I really like their interface and the variety of coins available, the withdrawal process can be a bit sluggish. Last week it took almost 48 hours for my Bitcoin withdrawal to complete. Customer support was polite but didn’t speed things up. Hope they improve that because everything else works pretty well.
