I started tokenizing some of my real estate assets on Brickken about three months ago and the process was pretty smooth. The interface is user-friendly, though I noticed the staking rewards info could be clearer. Support answered my questions quickly, which helped a lot, but I hope they streamline the dashboard soon for easier tracking.

Overall the token creation process is straightforward, but once I had to wait over 24 hours for the platform to confirm the token issuance. Support was polite but slow to respond. Hope they improve processing times soon.

Brickken offers great ways to trade tokenized real assets, and I especially like the portfolio tracking feature. Sometimes the app UI freezes when refreshing token prices, but it doesn’t affect overall usability much. Would like faster updates on token market data though.

I’ve tokenized a couple of small properties through Brickken. The platform is mostly responsive, but sometimes the app lags during peak hours which can be stressful when trading. Still, their support helped me sort out transaction delays twice.
