Good service, some glitches
The banking app generally works well but froze a couple times during login. Customer service helped quickly though, which made it less frustrating. Wish they’d improve app stability soon.

Mostly great, some quirks
I really like using BNP Paribas for my day-to-day banking, especially the instant notifications on my phone. The only thing that bugs me sometimes is the currency conversion fees which aren't always clear upfront.
