Great range, smooth shopping experience
I picked up several digital and print books for my courses this term. Blackwell’s offers a really broad range including textbooks you don’t see on the big sites. The checkout was easy, and the emails kept me in the loop about the shipping. One time my ebook download had a glitch but support sorted it quickly, which I appreciated. Overall solid service and I’ll keep buying from them.

Wide choices and decent prices
I found a lot of books on Scottish history which I’ve been searching for ages. The checkout process was smooth and I liked that they had both print and digital versions available. Only thing was that the tracking info was a bit slow to update, but the book itself was great quality.

Good help but a minor delay
The customer service was friendly when I called about my order, but my shipment arrived two days late. Still, the paperback I wanted was exactly as described and the cover quality was solid. Just wish the delivery was on time especially since I needed it for a presentation.
