Mixed feelings about platform speed and support
I started using BlackRock BUIDL last year for fixed income investments. Their portfolio options are varied and I liked the initial onboarding process. Unfortunately, during a market dip, the app froze twice which was stressful because I couldn't adjust my positions fast enough. I contacted support but it took 48 hours to get a reply. Still, the automated rebalancing feature works well, so I keep using it but hope for faster and more stable app performance.
