I appreciate the variety of assets available for trading here and the educational webinars. Still, I've noticed the mobile app crashes occasionally which can be frustrating in fast markets. Customer support fixed my issue quickly though, so that's a plus.

The platform has all the basics I need but the interface could be more intuitive. Sometimes the charts lag and that’s annoying during fast market moves. Also, I wish their fee schedule was clearer on Forex pairs. Support answers quickly but the fixes aren’t always permanent.

Generally the platform works well and charts are detailed. However, I had a couple of trades delayed during a major news event which cost me some profit. Support said it was due to high volatility but I hope they improve on that.

BlackBull offers solid charting tools and the spreads are competitive compared to other brokers I've tried. The only downside is occasional app crashes during intense market hours, which can be frustrating. Still, I've managed to execute trades smoothly most of the time and withdrawals processed without hassle.

I like the variety of CFDs they offer and the overall platform stability. That said, the app’s user interface feels a bit cluttered sometimes, making it harder to navigate when I’m on the go. Customer service is polite and tries to help, which is appreciated.
