I’ve been using Bitstamp since 2018 mainly for Bitcoin trading. Recently tried their staking option with XRP and it went smoothly, payouts came on time every month. The trading fees are reasonable if you trade over $10k monthly, otherwise they might feel a bit steep. The app sometimes freezes during heavy market volatility, which can be annoying, but their web platform is stable. I trust Bitstamp for security and reliability more than some newer exchanges I tried earlier.

Very secure with good support
I transferred funds to Bitstamp last week and appreciated the two-factor authentication setup. The buy process for altcoins was faster than on my other exchanges, which was a relief. Simple and trustworthy exchange
Bitstamp’s platform is perfect if you want no-nonsense crypto trading. The UI is clean, orders execute fast, and I like how easy it was to link my bank account for fiat deposits. Only minor gripe is the limited variety of coins compared to other exchanges, but the big ones are all there. very happy with their service.
