I like Bitso’s multi-currency support and the staking options for earning passive income. The app UI is clear and it’s easy to manage trades and wallet balances. One time, a deposit was delayed by a day, which was a bit frustrating, but support resolved it after a few messages. Fees are competitive but some spreads on lesser-known coins can be high. Still, it’s a solid choice for both new and experienced crypto users.

I've been trading on Bitso for about six months now. The trading fees are reasonable and the interface is user-friendly, but I've noticed withdrawals can take longer than expected, sometimes up to 48 hours. Support responses are okay but not very detailed, which can be frustrating when you just want to move your funds quickly. I hope they speed up that part soon.

I opened my Bitso account six months ago mainly to buy Bitcoin and Ethereum. The interface is generally fine, but I ran into an issue where a Bitcoin withdrawal got delayed for two days with no clear updates until I reached out to support. The chat response took about an hour, which was annoying. On the plus side, their mobile app is handy for quick trades and the staking yields on some tokens are decent. I also like their transparent pricing, but they could improve communication when things go wrong. it’s ok but not perfect yet.

I like using Bitso for trading crypto, especially their app interface is pretty clean. The only thing is that the withdrawal for some coins took a bit longer than expected, about 3 days instead of 1. Support was polite but not super fast. Still, I’ll keep using it because fees are reasonable and the charts work well.

Bitso’s fees are attractive, but sometimes the app lags during peak trading hours, which can be frustrating. I tried staking some XRP and the rewards started coming in after a while, which was nice. However, I had a withdrawal stuck in pending for about 48 hours before it cleared, and the support chat was slow to respond too. The interface is decent once it works properly. Hoping they fix these reliability issues soon because I want to keep using them.
