Disappointed with the Support

I had high hopes for BitMart, but my experience has been pretty disappointing. I had an issue where my funds were stuck for days, and contacting support was frustrating. They took a long time to respond, and when they finally did, the solution was not helpful. Definitely considering switching to another exchange.

Not What I Expected

I recently signed up for BitMart, hoping to explore new altcoins. The verification process took longer than I thought, which was frustrating. Also, I had issues with a transaction that took too long to confirm. I don’t think I'll continue using it, especially since other exchanges are faster.
