My new Bitmain miner runs at solid speeds, but occasionally the device overheats if ventilation isn't perfect. The support team helped me tune the settings which reduced the shutdowns. Still, I wish the software dashboard was more user-friendly and updated more often.

I bought Bitmain's mining equipment about 8 months ago and it's been pretty dependable. The hardware is efficient and handles 24/7 operation without major issues. On a few occasions, the miner paused unexpectedly due to temperature spikes, but adjusting my rack's airflow solved that. Also, their user guide helped me optimize the power settings. Bitmain’s products are reliable in the competitive crypto mining market, just wish their app was a bit smoother.

I ordered a Bitmain Antminer S19 Pro last October and the delivery was on time. The machine delivers great hash rate with decent power consumption. Unfortunately, during my first weeks of operation, I ran into a stuck fan issue. Contacted support multiple times but the responses were slow and sometimes generic. Took three weeks to get a replacement part shipped. They need to be faster with technical problems because downtime costs a lot in mining.

I've been using Bitmain's equipment for over a year now, and the hardware itself is solid and performs well under heavy loads. That said, I encountered problems when trying to upgrade the firmware remotely at times it bricked the device temporarily. Support was hard to reach during these incidents, which made managing my mining farm stressful. They do deliver on what they promise hardware-wise but their after-sale support needs serious improvement. Also, the web interface feels outdated compared to other mining brands I tried.
