Decent But Needs Improvement
I’ve been using BitKan for about six months. it’s decent but I had a minor issue with a delayed transaction. Their support team was helpful and resolved it quickly, but it still left me a bit frustrated. I think they could improve on their speed during peak times.

Mixed Feelings
