Reliable platform with room for better UI
Started with Bitforex six months ago for crypto futures and have been mostly satisfied. The margin calls were clear and predictable, avoiding sudden liquidations I've seen elsewhere. However, the user interface feels cluttered sometimes making navigation tougher than necessary during fast market moves. Still, their staking programs are quite lucrative and I enjoy the extra passive income from that. Support tickets usually get resolved without much hassle which helps a lot when dealing with complex crypto trades.
