Good but could improve mobile app usability

Bitazza offers a solid trading experience with decent liquidity. I do find the mobile app a bit clunky sometimes, especially when switching between trading pairs. Hoping for a smoother update soon, but I like their quick KYC and withdrawal process overall.

Mixed feelings about support and fees

Been trading here for a couple months, and the fees are okay but not the lowest out there. I had an issue with a delayed deposit, and customer support was slow to respond, which was disappointing. Otherwise, I like the range of tokens they offer.
