Frustrating experience with stuck transaction
I tried to withdraw ETH last week and my transaction got stuck for over 48 hours. Support chat was mostly unhelpful, kept giving me generic replies. I ended up canceling and using another exchange. Lost some time and felt pretty disappointed. Not sure if I'd trust them again for big transfers.
