Mixed feelings about support
I opened a collateralized debt position with BIMA last month and everything went smooth during setup. But after I tried to withdraw some funds, my transaction got stuck in pending state for over 6 hours. Chat support responded but their advice wasn’t very helpful and I had to wait till network congestion cleared. The interface is decent but not as intuitive as I hoped, and some features feel half-baked. I’ll keep using it though, hoping these issues improve someday.
