Mixed feelings on fees and service speed
I signed up hoping for fast trade execution and low fees but got mixed results. Some days trades were processed immediately, other times I faced delays up to 20 minutes, which is way too slow for active trading. Fee estimates are helpful but the actual costs sometimes ended up higher than indicated, especially on busy days. The customer support was polite but didn’t have much to offer beyond generic troubleshooting advice. Hopefully they improve these areas soon because the platform has potential.
