Okay but could improve on delivery

I ordered a lighting kit for a shoot, it arrived later than expected which messed up my schedule. The packaging was fine and the gear works great though. Just wish they were a bit faster on shipping updates.

Mixed feelings about support

The website is easy to navigate, and I found the camera I wanted quickly. However, when my order got delayed, the support team was slow to respond and didn't offer much help. I appreciate the product quality but wish the post-sale experience was better.
