Great for my business but minor glitches
I've been using BharatPe for over a year to accept QR payments at my café. The app processes payments quickly, and customer support responds reasonably fast when I report issues. Sometimes the settlement notifications come delayed by a few hours, which can be worrying when managing cash flow. Still, it’s been mostly smooth and has helped grow my business by making digital payments easier for customers.

Helpful support but slow verification
I signed up last month and the onboarding took longer than expected because of KYC delays. The support team was patient and helped me through each step, though. Also, transferring funds to my bank account was smooth once everything got verified. a decent experience but the initial wait was frustrating.

Convenient but support can improve
I like how I can accept all major UPI payments through BharatPe without hassle. The interface is user-friendly which is great for someone like me who isn’t tech-savvy. Though once I had an issue with a delayed payout and it took a couple of days to get resolved. Would appreciate quicker support response in those cases.

Nice app but needs better analytics
The payment processing is fast and reliable. However, I wish the app provided more detailed sales reports to track trends better.
