Solid platform but some annoying delays
Started with Betterment about six months ago for retirement saving and college funds. Setup was smooth, and the investment suggestions fit my comfort with risk perfectly. Taxes were easier thanks to their annual reports, though sometimes the app takes a while to update after trades or deposits. Customer support answered my questions politely but wasn’t very fast. Overall I’m happy but hope they speed up app responses soon to make it really smooth.

Good platform but minor delays exist
I like that Betterment automates almost everything, especially rebalancing and dividend reinvestments. However, sometimes their app takes a few seconds too long to update my portfolio after trades. Support was helpful but didn’t have a quick fix. Still recommend it for beginner investors seeking an easy way in.
