Too many delays on withdrawals
I've tried withdrawing my winnings three times now and each time it took almost a week to process. The support team was polite but didn’t offer any real explanation for the delay. It’s annoying because other sites I use handle cashouts within 2-3 days. I’m considering switching if it doesn’t improve soon.

Good selection but app needs work
I started using bet365 last year mainly for football and tennis bets. The odds are fair and I like how many live games are available to bet on. However, the mobile app crashes occasionally which messes up my betting during key moments. I reported it to support and they promised an update soon. The website version is more stable if you don’t mind using a browser.

Mixed feelings about bet365
I like the variety of betting options and the competitive odds, but the interface feels cluttered sometimes which can be overwhelming. Also, a couple of times my in-play bets were delayed causing missed opportunities. The customer support tries to help but the wait times are long. Still, I keep using it because the promotions are decent and payouts do come through eventually.

Good but some glitches
Been using bet365 for about six months now. The in-play stats are helpful and usually accurate, but sometimes the app freezes during live matches, which can be frustrating if you want to place quick bets. Customer support was responsive when I reached out about it, so that was a plus. Still, I wish the interface was a bit more intuitive for beginners.
