Some useful tips but disappointed with support

I tried to reach out via their contact form about loan refinancing options but got no reply after a week. The site content helps with budgeting though, and their savings calculators are decent. Just wish the customer service was better.

Mixed feelings on recent use

I found their savings account comparison useful but the recommended banks didn't offer the bonuses they advertised anymore. The calculators are easy to use but some tips felt generic. I guess it’s a hit or miss depending on what you look for.
