Variety is great but app glitches
The website has tons of options, but the mobile app crashed twice during checkout which was annoying. Customer support helped fix my order though, so decent experience finally.

Good variety but some delays
I’ve been using Banggood for about six months now to get gadgets and some home decor items. The product range is pretty impressive and the prices are competitive compared to other international sites. Last order took a bit longer to arrive, about two weeks instead of the usual one, which was a bit frustrating. Still, the quality has mostly met my expectations and their app is easy to navigate, so I keep coming back.

Good but support could improve
The products are nice and affordable but waiting times for responses in chat support are kinda long. Ordered a smartwatch, it arrived fine but had some minor scratches. They offered a partial refund which was fair.
