Convenient but needs better support
I appreciate how Backpack lets me manage multiple crypto assets in one place. The UI is clean and transaction history is clear. However, when I had an issue with a stuck transaction, the chat support took over 24 hours to reply, which was frustrating during a market dip.

Good wallet but needs better support
I've been using Backpack for a few months now and the interface is pretty clean, making token management easy. Mostly solid but some bugs
I like that Backpack supports multiple blockchains and the staking feature is handy. But sometimes transactions get stuck pending way too long. Customer chat helped but took a while to respond.
