Support helped but interface confusing at first
Started using Babylon to try DeFi lending, and the support chat was super helpful when I got stuck with the KYC process. After that, the app’s dashboard felt a bit cluttered at first, especially with all the different pools and staking options. Took me a couple days to really get what I was doing and how to optimize yields. Still, I’m happy with the returns but wish the UX was simpler for newbies.
