Axi is generally reliable and good for forex and crypto trading. I did encounter a delay in verification that held up my trading for a day. Once verified, execution was fine but I think they can speed up customer response times during peak hours.

I trade CFDs and forex here regularly. The platform offers solid charting tools and decent use options. However, sometimes during high volatility, order fills take longer than expected which can cost when scalping. Customer service is good but they could improve live chat availability. I feel it’s better than my previous broker in terms of fees but the occasional lag is annoying.

I like that Axi has a wide range of assets and the mobile app works well for managing trades on the go. The research tools are helpful, especially the daily market updates. That said, I faced one issue last month where my stop loss didn’t trigger immediately which cost me a bit. Support resolved it eventually but it shook my confidence a little. Still, overall a solid choice for retail traders who want decent spreads and support.
