Helpful support but slow at times
I had trouble with a stuck staking transaction last week. Support eventually helped me out but it took nearly 24 hours. Would be great if they speeded up response times for urgent issues.

Good but some hiccups
I’ve been using Axelar for about 3 months now. Mostly it’s solid for bridging assets, but once my transfer got stuck for a day before support helped resolve it. Still, I appreciate the network’s security and decentralization.

Worth trying but interface tricky
I like what Axelar offers but the user dashboard could be more intuitive. Switching assets between chains is straightforward once you get used to it, but newcomers might struggle a bit.

Reliable but could improve speed
Axelar does a great job enabling DeFi interoperability. My biggest gripe is the occasional delay during peak times when moving assets between chains. Other than that, the security and transparency of the network are reassuring.
