Slow response on disputed charges
Tried to resolve a double charge but support was super slow getting back to me.

Good but some glitches
The payment gateway works fine most of the time but I've noticed occasional delays in transaction processing that stress me out. Their dashboard also lacks real-time updates sometimes. I wish their support chat was more responsive during those hiccups.
