Good laptop, minor complaints
Got the ZenBook last month. The speed is great for work, but the fan noise gets a bit loud sometimes during heavy tasks.

Decent but tricky warranty process
Bought a monitor that started flickering after 8 months. The warranty claim took longer than expected, and I had to send multiple emails. They finally replaced it but the wait was annoying. The new one works fine now, just wish they sped up support.

Reliable but some setup issues
I bought a ROG motherboard for my build and it runs solidly. However, the BIOS update process was confusing and I had to look up tutorials online. Customer support was helpful but took a day to respond. Once set up, performance is excellent and stable even under load.

Smooth experience, reliable gear
I use ASUS networking gear at home and for my small office. Setup was easy using their mobile app, and the connection has been stable even with many devices connected. Occasional firmware updates improve performance which I appreciate.

Good value but app glitches
I’ve had my ASUS laptop for about 3 months now. It runs most of my software smoothly, but sometimes the Armoury Crate app crashes randomly. Apart from that, the keyboard feels comfortable and the battery lasts decently through my workday.

Mixed feelings but decent overall
I upgraded to an ASUS ROG laptop last fall because of its specs and RGB keyboard. The machine performs well for gaming and video editing, but I ran into some driver conflicts initially that slowed me down. Customer support helped solve the issues after a few back-and-forth emails. After that, the laptop has been solid and the screen is gorgeous. Battery life is average but this was expected given the power it packs.
