Good but slow withdrawal
Used AscendEX for futures trading, interface is neat, but withdrawal processing took longer than expected. Support replied, but still felt a bit slow for crypto standards.

Good exchange, but UI could be improved
I appreciate AscendEX for the variety of futures contracts and the competitive fees. However, the user interface on desktop feels a bit cluttered and sometimes slow to load charts during high traffic. Had a situation where my order got partially filled and it was tricky to understand the fee breakdown. The staking feature is a nice bonus but I wish the APR info was more upfront. Still, the platform is reliable and withdrawals processed without issues.

Decent but had some withdrawal delays
So I started trading spot and futures here last year. The interface is clean and I like the variety of coins available. However, a couple of times my withdrawal transactions took longer than expected, especially with BTC. Customer support replies were okay but sometimes slow to respond during peak hours. Staking is a nice feature but the APR info could be clearer. Overall I still use it because the fees are competitive and the charts are decent for quick decisions.

Mostly smooth but some glitches
I like the trading options, but the app froze once during a futures order which was annoying. Still, fees are pretty fair.
