Needs better customer service response
I had an issue with a failed transaction that hung for days. Support was slow to respond and couldn’t clearly explain what happened, which made me nervous about trusting the platform fully. On the tech side, the transaction speeds are competitive and the fees are reasonable compared to other DeFi chains. If their support improves, I’d feel more confident using Aptos for bigger trades. Right now it’s good but leaves room to grow in user trust.

Great but some delays
Used Aptos for staking and the rewards are decent. The transaction speed was generally good but I noticed occasional delays during peak hours, which was a bit annoying.

Pretty good but UI confusing sometimes
I've been deep into DeFi for a couple of years, so I was excited to try Aptos since they promise speedy and secure blockchain solutions. The transaction confirmations are impressively fast and the staking yields look competitive. However, I ran into some trouble navigating their interface when trying to set up complex smart contracts. The documentation wasn’t very clear on certain functions which led me to make a few errors. Customer support was helpful but took a day to get back to me. Despite these bumps, I’m sticking with them for now because the tech backbone feels solid and updates seem frequent. Hoping they streamline the UI soon to match the performance.
