Confusing interface and slow verification
I signed up hoping for quick access to DeFi investments but the KYC process took forever and support wasn't very helpful. Also, found their dashboard confusing when trying to check my liquidity pools and it felt like some transactions were delayed or incomplete. I wish they'd improve their app speed and clarity because the concept is promising though.
