Good product range, minor delivery delay
I ordered some kitchen gadgets and the items matched their descriptions perfectly. Delivery was supposed to be 3 days but took 5, which was a bit annoying since I needed them for a weekend party. I contacted support and they apologized, offering a small credit for the delay. I’m happy but hope shipping times improve.

Impressive catalog but checkout buggy
I love how many things you can find on Amazon, but I kept getting errors when trying to apply promo codes during checkout. Ended up calling support who fixed it, but it took some time.
