I started lending crypto through fx Protocol around January and liked the low fees and decent APY. However, I had to wait over 24 hours for support to respond when my transaction got stuck during a network congestion. Also, the analytics dashboard could be more detailed to track my investments better. Still, it’s better than some other DeFi protocols I tried before and the token swaps happen fairly fast.

I tried fx Protocol for staking and lending last month. The platform has promising tools, but the app kept freezing during swaps. Also, my withdrawal got delayed by almost 24 hours which was annoying. Hopefully, they'll fix these glitches soon.

The desktop version of fx Protocol works fine and the staking rewards are transparent, but their mobile interface sometimes glitches when I try to switch between pools. Also, initial KYC verification was kinda slow, took me a few tries to get it accepted. On the bright side, their community chat is pretty helpful when you hit these snags.
