Mixed feelings about checkout process
I really like the Adidas gear and got a couple of hoodies last month. The website sometimes glitches when I add items to the cart and it took a few tries to place my order. Customer support was helpful though and fixed my payment issue quickly, so not all bad.

Mixed feelings about the app and sizing
App interface is okay but sometimes freezes when browsing. Ordered sneakers that ran smaller than usual, had to exchange, which took another 5 days.
