Mixed feelings after trying Acorns
I wanted a simple way to manage everyday spending and invest a bit, which Acorns promises. The app looks nice and the round-up investment is a cool idea. But I got frustrated when my ATM withdrawal was declined for insufficient funds even though the app showed a positive balance. Customer support was slow to explain it was due to pending transactions. So far the experience is okay but that slipped up made me cautious.
