Good tools, minor app crashes
I use 5paisa daily for intraday trades, the tools are solid but sometimes the app crashes right when I try to place an order. Customer support was helpful, got my issue resolved the same day though. Would like the stability improved.

Streamlined experience but some order delays
I started with 5paisa a few months ago and enjoy the simple dashboard. However, on a couple of occasions, my limit orders took longer than expected to fill during volatile hours. Still, the mobile alerts and watchlist keep me well informed, which helps a lot.

Mixed feelings about customer support
The charting tools are quite decent and commissions are low, but I found support slow to respond during a critical margin call. Also the app occasionally freezes when I switch tabs on my phone. Could be better for active traders like me.
