Inconsistent interest updates and support delays
I started using 3Jane Lending three months ago but have faced some frustrating issues. First, the interest rates displayed sometimes lag behind actual blockchain data which messes with my expected returns. Then there was a period when my collateral got stuck pending for over 48 hours without any clear explanation. I contacted support multiple times but their replies were slow and often generic. It’s a shame because the concept and fees are promising but reliability needs work before I can fully trust them again.
