Good overall but slow customer support
I've integrated 2Checkout for my SaaS business and the setup was pretty straightforward with their API documentation. Payments process smoothly, and I appreciate the variety of payment methods like PayPal and credit cards. However, I ran into a billing issue last week and customer support took nearly three days to respond, which was frustrating since my clients couldn't complete purchases during that time. Hoping they improve response times soon.
