Mixed feelings about 21bitcoin
I started using 21bitcoin.app last month to trade some Ethereum and a few smaller tokens. The signup and KYC process was pretty standard and didn’t take too long, which was nice. But I ran into a problem when trying to withdraw my funds the transaction got stuck for almost 48 hours. Support was polite but not very helpful, mostly gave me vague answers. I eventually got my money back but it was stressful. The trading fees are reasonable and the app is easy to navigate, so I might keep using it but cautiously.
